Regression therapy

Regressive therapy is a specific approach to psychotherapy that helps individuals improve their emotional and cognitive health by resolving past events.

In this therapy, the technique of "reliving" is used to release repressed thoughts and emotions stored deep in the subconscious. These thoughts and emotions, hardened by the negative charge of the experience, have turned into "absolute beliefs" about the order of life. Statements like "I can't!", "I'm powerless to cope!", "It's my fault that…!", "I always have to…!", "It will never…!", "Why is it always me?" are examples of such beliefs.

Therapeutic regression techniques are used to identify and resolve feelings related to past situations so that you can feel better in the present. These past feelings may cause you to act in ways that don't make sense in the current moment.

  • To have fears and phobias without knowing why
  • To feel guilty without an easily understandable reason
  • To experience difficulties in being intimate
  • To have various relationship problems

Exploring your past can help you transform your life for the better. Take the first step today.

Types of regression therapy:

1

Age regression therapy

With age regression therapy, you can learn about things that happened to you when you were very young. In some cases, this therapy may reveal memories that surprise you because you were not aware of them. The goal is not just to relive the memory but to bring it to your conscious mind, where you can deliberately address it. The theory of regression suggests that by processing these memories and the emotions surrounding them, you free yourself to feel differently about similar experiences now.

2

Past life regression therapy

Past Life Regression is intended to take you back to previous incarnations so that you can address issues that arose long before your current life. The purpose of this regression therapy is particularly relevant when it seems that you have no apparent reason to live with fears, guilt, or other difficulties. You may also have certain spiritual beliefs that you wish to confirm and thus benefit from this form of regression therapy.
